This workflow automates the process of capturing leads from form submissions, validating their email addresses, and seamlessly integrating them into your CRM and marketing tools.
When a lead fills out a form (e.g., Tally Forms), the workflow verifies the provided email address using CaptainVerify to prevent invalid contacts from entering your pipeline. If the email is valid, a new lead is automatically created in SuiteCRM, synced with Brevo (Sendinblue) for marketing campaigns, and logged in NextCloud Talk for team notifications.
The workflow also monitors CaptainVerify credits and alerts your team when the balance is low, ensuring your email validation process never stops. Invalid emails and successful lead creation events are also reported in NextCloud discussions.
